Motorway lessons

Driving on the motorway can feel like a massive step for some people, especially if you have just passed your test. By taking motorway lessons, you will gain important experience and knowledge about:

• Joining/ leaving a motorway safely

• Overtaking

• Effective planning and awareness

• Motorway signs

• Driving at high speeds

• Motorway interchanges

During a 2 hour lesson, you will have the opportunity to drive on various motorways allowing you to build your confidence up so that you feel more comfortable. This will allow you to focus more on learning to recognise and adapt to the changing surroundings and plan and negotiate various hazards such as motorway interchanges or slower moving vehicles.
